DATA PRIVACY POLICY
The www.sar.fr website (hereinafter the “Website”), such as originally designed, is not intended to collect personal data about its visitors. However, personal data may incidentally need to be collected, especially for the purpose of sending newsletters, conducting statistical studies, responding to applications or answering questions from the User.
Personal data are collected on this Website through the following:
- Contact forms: Users wishing to contact the company provide their surname, first name and professional email address.
- Contact details of the SAR teams: Users may take the initiative to contact the teams directly by telephone or email.
- Recruitment application form: Users wishing to send an unsolicited application or an application in response to a vacancy indicate their surname, first name and email address, in addition to uploading their CV and cover letter.
- Browsing: cookies are used to collect information about how Users use the Website (for further details, refer to the ToS).
Personal data are consequently collected to:
- Provide user support.
- Manage any disputes with the User.
- Provide the service requested by the User (newsletter, information, etc.).
- Manage job applications to assess the User’s professional skills and ability to hold the position, including the analysis and selection of applications.
- Track Website traffic statistics.
- Manage and improve the Website’s performance
The Publisher will send personal data to the following recipients:
- Authorised agents / employees within the head office and local departments in charge of recruitment, as part of their recruitment-related duties and missions.
- SAR’s administrative, IT and commercial agents / employees who are affiliated with SAR’s main and secondary establishments as part of their commercial duties.
- The hosting company and maintenance provider, including their authorised employees within the competent departments.
Any persons thus required to access the data will be subject to a confidentiality obligation. In particular, they may not use all or part of the personal data on their own behalf, and they may not disclose the personal data to third parties.
Personal data may be shared in the following cases:
- When Users request information and advertisements relating to SAR.
- When Users apply for a job offer or submit an unsolicited application.
- When the Website uses service providers to assist users, deliver technical support and carry out technical maintenance.
- If required by law, the Website may send data to respond to claims against the Website and comply with administrative and legal procedures.
- If the Website is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or becomes the subject of receivership proceedings, the Website may be required to sell or share all or part of its assets, including personal data. In this case, Users will be informed.
The data collected are stored in France by the Publisher or trusted service providers.
The Website implements organisational, technical, software and physical measures to ensure digital security and protect personal data against alteration, destruction and unauthorised access. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data are erased from the anonymised systems, files or documents, so that they can no longer be used to identify Users.
With respect to their personal data, Users have the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to data portability, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons.
