Because looking after the people at SAR is our priority. Every year, we roll out an individual training plan that has been defined with all employees during their career review. As part of the GPEC approach (forward planning of jobs and skills), we identify your needs and aspirations before providing the means and resources to achieve them with SAR’s specific training courses:

• Cross-functional training (management, prevention, etc.) 
• Tools training
