Welcome to D.E.R.: First edition

‘Welcome to D.E.R.’: the first edition of this integration seminar brought together our new talent in the deconstruction and road equipment activities at VINCI Construction in France.

This colourful event attended by our SAR teams helped to strengthen our sense of pride in belonging by giving meaning to our activities and values and placing our women and men at the heart of our strategy !
The programme for this event, designed to promote exchange and sharing, highligted :

Our synergies and collective strength
An introduction to our business lines through dynamic corners
A conference to build bridges between art and our activities and embody the five attitudes that drive us at VINCI Construction: humility, transparency, team spirit, excellence and entrepreneurial spirit
Activities based on the commitments of the VINCI Manifesto, an escape game and a revamped burger quiz, to get to know each other, reinforce our cohesion and build our shared future!
